This story was nearly impossible for me to rate, because it is so short that I didn’t really understand the story behind it.  It really is a quick scene of Jen and Wilbur, who seem to be teenagers.  They are approaching an abandoned house, where two men are heard arguing.  The men have apparently stolen things and it is up to Jen and Wilbur to correct this.

I’m not a big fan of books about boys. It’s just a personal preference of mine but a friend recommended this sweet story and now I have to read the sequel.

Brian McAllister is the typical 16 year old boy next door until he hears a sermon a hell, fire and brimstone sermon about homosexuality at his friend Jamie’s church. … Continue reading

Bookended is a short story involving Justin, his boss Fletcher, and the random pick up they find in a bookstore.  It’s difficult to really review, because it is, for the most part, a sex scene with the three of them.  Justin is Fletcher’s personal assistant with benefits.  Fletcher can’t even decide if they are a couple or not.  Ogden has been ogling Fletcher for quite a while and finally, Justin brings the … Continue reading

Flipped is a short story about two tops best friends who suddenly realize there is more between them than their friendship.

Mario and Carter bought a house to flip, but while a part of the book, their occupation isn’t all that relevant. To me the most interesting aspect of this story was the relationship between the guys. Their friendship seemed really solid, and their jokes funny enough to have … Continue reading
