Summary: Sparks fly when the town troublemaker meets the All-American shifter.

Sparks came into White Pine with a bang – ¦literally. He’s the town troublemaker and owns it. That is until Sparks meets the town sweetheart, Simon. Simon works at the Nut and Leaf Cafe. Since the day Sparks started working there, his world has been turned upside down. What’s a mouse to do when the bad boy chipmunk is chasing after him?

Review: This installment to the Paranormal Dentistry series is a short one – 94 pages on my iPad – and a cute one. Sparks is the resident troublemaker who has had the bad (good?) luck to fall for the good boy, Simon. Simon is a mouse but he isn’t mousey at all. He lets Sparks know there is no interest there. “It was at times like this that Sparks wished for a least a little karma, or some stupid bullshit mate pull.” Nope, Sparks, you have to do it the hard way. You have to win Simon over.
Difficult because Sparks has a bad reputation and he really is a troublemaker, though not a malicious one. He’s also suffering a little because his twin is happily coupled and that leaves Sparks as the odd man out. He works with Simon and leaves him little gifts, like cheese sticks, to make him happy.

Sparks spends a lot of time naked, which he uses to try to entice Simon. Not that easy, although the parmesan cheese martinis help. (gack!) Sparks has to work for it.
This is a cute addition to the series and we get a little bit of some of the other couples, which is appreciated.
