Summary: One year on from Paul’s proposal, Jason is living a life he never dreamed of. As he fusses with his tie and readies to walk down the aisle, he reminisces about the previous twelve months. It hasn’t all been smooth sailing for the happy couple in the lead up to their wedding, with obstacles big and small thrown in their way.

Marrying one of New York’s most eligible bachelors has Jason’s stomach in knots. Expectations of their society wedding are high, but out of love for Paul, Jason goes along with the grand plans because he understands Paul’s family has a reputation to maintain. But Paul has a surprise up his sleeve that just may see Jason getting the wedding of his dreams.

Follow Jason on his journey as he prepares to marry one of the most eligible bachelors in New York and find out just how Dave got his name.
Review: In this second installment of the story of Paul and Jason, a year after the initial story, we get to see the road to the wedding. Can upper crust Paul meet Grease loving Jason in the middle when it comes to the wedding plans?
This is a short story and it’s a lovely continuation of their story. I would suggest reading the first, The One That I Want, to fully appreciate this one. It’s very sweet and fluffy. We get to see not only where Dave got his name but where Dave came from  (and an awwww is required) and why he’s so important. We get to see the unromantic issues that come up when you are wealthy and how difficult it can be to adjust to a difference in money (I admit, Eric vs Pierre did make me laugh). But most of all, we get to see what people want to do when they are in love and want to make each other happy. And that was the sweetest.
